Beezus is a pretty much unflappable 12.2h Paint pony sturdy built Paint pony mare available for off farm lease at your trainer's facility. She specializes in teaching the beginning child rider how to ride, post, canter and jump. If you have a timid child, a toddler learning to post or a small child looking for a confidence boosting teacher, Beezus is the best little kids beginner pony. She is great children and is a priceless lesson pony and a fabulous party pony for years. Calm and sensible. Smart, honest and fun. Great for a child needing a bombproof kickalong pony that can move up with the child looking to gain experience on a quiet, honest and careful pony to ride and show. Beezus has the stamina to give 3 or 4 lessons a day easily. She is unique in that she actually moves out and gets where she's going when the kids ask her to and is not a lazy mover, but yet is not in a hurry or too full of energy. You don't have to kick her or chase her but yet she's quiet enough that the kids aren't scared or pulling back to slow down. Perfectly happy with a few days or weeks off and then goes right to work. Beezus stands on cross ties, is great to groom, children can lead her, pick her feet out, saddle her and bridle her alone. She does not have any vices. Barefoot and sound and a very easy keeper. She gets fat just looking at food. She hops right onto any trailer and calmly goes right to work when she arrives at fairs, festivals, community days etc for pony rides. She has been shown locally, is a blast cross country at the Horse Park and gymkhanaed with several D level pony clubbers. Though her forte is teaching the very beginner rider horsemanship and how to ride. Beezus enjoys trail riding and cross country immensely. She is very happy to ride alone or with company. And pony's behind another horse great on trails. We take many children on their first trail rides on her, leading her either in hand or from another horse both walk and trot, we stop at creeks and let the kids play in the water or pick strawberries, go around the local orchard and have a picnic while the ponies eat grass. She's a super pony for showing kids how much fun learning to ride can be. Beezus is mid to low in the pecking order and likes to make friends with all other horses.
