Farmers in the United States from Iowa to California are struggling to contain the spread of H5N2 - a lethal strain of bird flu paralyzing chicken and turkey farms throughout the Midwest. It's already claimed more than 10 percent of the U.S. population of egg-laying hens - causing a shortage of eggs and an unprecedented increase in egg prices. CCTV's Roza Kazan filed the report.
