Farms: Beyond Organic Farming in Iowa, Part 2.mov

I created this 19 minute, magazine style report for my master's project while studying at the University of Iowa, in which I define USDA organic from a growing number of farmers who claim that their practices go "beyond organic." This is a story about a national movement and its effect on Iowa's family farms, in its processing plants, and at farmers markets throughout the state.
