I'm gonna be blunt here anhydrous is no b.s. to be messing around dragging hoses and stuff .If you've ever seen one rupture and watch a loved one suffocate you'd have more respect for that shit !!! Please if it ever does let loose run like a gazelle up wind n don't try to be a hero .Imagine your wife or dad mom or brother or even your child !! , coming to the field and finding you swelled up n purple with blood n foam coming out your mouth and nose ...eyes ruptured n black corneas .Its something you can never erase from your mind .FIX THAT SHIT!

Happy new year
-
Interesting video. It's pretty cool about using anhydrous ammonia for fertilizing fields. They do that down here in Georgia too.
-
thanks for the explanation, always been curious

Hay!! Your anhydrous hose is dragging on the ground. Not good! If something happens to it and you get a good whiff of anhydrous you will NEVER EVER forget it. The potential for a major incident is way high .
-
Looks like your having a good amount of loss, check them closing colters to make sure their covering up the trench fast enugh!!

-
what the use of applicate in the fall?
-
it fun watching y'all do this when we are about to start preparing the ground to plant corn in a few weeks

Andrew fed me nh3 all fall in sw wisc I was running a JD 2510 high speed bar. He did great never waited for a tank. I love putting on nh3, til something breaks. We've learned to spend money up front and rebuild our bar every year before applying. Nh3 is safe just wear proper protection, carry water in case you get on your skin, use you brain and know the wind direction in case shit hits the fan. Keep it up!
