Anti Plan Nord protester "Joseph DuNord" is arrested by SPVM police officers for the second time in one day on Monday December 8th 2014. He had previously been arrested while holding a protest banner and ticketed for allegedly violating Montreal city bylaw P-6 which prohibits wearing a mask during a protest. It is unclear at this point in time what the second arrest was for.
