They probably get sold as food also. I ate gator gumbo from farm raised gator. It doesnt taste bad. Kinda like a cross of turkey and white pork meat.

The reason for this Alligator farm is that they get kept in these cramped conditions for all of their life, then when the big fat boss of the farm determines that they should die to be made into some rich fucks bag or shoes, they get a blast to the head, fucking great!!!
