Farms: ABANDONED HOUSE WITH VINTAGE CLOTHES (ABANDONED NC STATE SERIES)

Built in the late 1800s, this house was built before the 1903 machine drawn glass era. It seems to have vintage clothes from the 1930s, if only the decay that time imposes on old architecture like this had been more subtle.

Benrus was a watch company...

Great find but couldn't see much as you rushed the camera 🎥 backwards & forwards. What a shame. 😞

I'm not trying to be negative... but you and Parker both have a knack for sounding like alien archaeologists. You mispronounce the most common of items. When you said you were looking for a date on the letter but you skipped over the cancellation stamp (where the date is) way too quickly. You should slow down and stop jumping around so quickly. Dates on items don't always dictate how old the structure is either. Keep up the good work. :)

Great find and one cool channel dude, I'm just getting started in YouTube and doing the same topic as you. Really appreciate if you subscribe back to me, thanks :)

Benrus was a popular watch brand that manufactured watches from 1921-1960. Could it have been a watch box(?)

Trevor, I may be your #1 fan! You remind me of my grandson. It's refreshing watching a video that is curse-word free. It seems you've overcome your bug phobia. Lol. Keep up the good work, Trevor!

I think I'll break in to this house that someone owns and look around. Maybe there is something to take home. Braking and entering and maybe theft? Hmmm? Just walk in to a house who someone owns ! Stupid!!!

Just wanted to send along my appreciation for your interest in cool old things. Will be watching more. The Avon bags hint whomever lived there might have also sold Avon cosmetics to make money (Google the old ads "ding dong A-von calling".)

I graduated in 1975 and my typing book was almost like that one too. You said the house was full of vintage clothes. I would have loved to have seen what they looked like. You went so fast through the video that I got dizzy. Please slow down a little and show folks what you were seeing. This would have been more interesting had you taken your time. I am glad you did some history on the house and it is a shame it has decayed. A million memories have been left to decay and it is nice that folks like you preserve what is left in video's. Just slow down. :) I'm an old lady and my eyes don't focus that fast....lol

We moved to NC about 2 1/2 years ago. I'm amazed at how many abandoned houses are in chapel hill and around it!!
-
others have video that house.

Strange how the back of the house was filled with clutter & had an entry way for you. However, the front was locked at every door & the room clean. Such an extreme difference.
-
Love your videos but please slow down your making me dizzy. :)
-
I would love to see the old homes you go into,,, but PLEASE slow down w/the camera...I get dizzy trying to see things,,, I think if you just stood still & maybe went really slow around the room your in ..it would be easier to see.. thanks...
