12. Looks like it is holding up pretty good. I am so glad it isn't vandalized to much. Somebody loved this house and people should respect it.

14. Thus must have been beautiful in its day. They don't make ceilings like that anymore, and if they dud, it would cost a fortune!
15. I'd love to be in the position to do a place like this up. I love the windows and the doors leading into the porch. It would need a lot of work, first of which would be a bathroom and the kitchen. Have you ever considered talking about the history of the house and each room etc as you go?
