is it still for sale sir
-
Is this still available?
I'm in Florida. -
Sorry but I would NEVEEEEERRRRR buy a mobile home.

There is so much potential in this house. Redo the cabinets, carpets, and the cheap counter tops. Then take all that ugly wood paneling off, then paint the walls a brighter color. This house house a lot of natural light, and who ever owned it, must have not noticed that. Honestly I would redo that house and bring it back to life again, then sale it and make a profit off of the house. Just my personal opinion...

I I know the importance of a kitchen pantry. I would never buy a home without one. I don't need a walk-in closet in the master though. I have often thought of opening a production center where you could go in and pick all of your choices for a custom home. Yes for a doublewide. Build it and deliver to your specs. Good idea I think. Everyone likes to be able to choose. We are all the same in this respect.

Thanks, Pedro Santos! That "very good speaking voice" is actually the general manager of King's Homes. Chris Meirs is one of the best GMs I've ever worked with. He's super nice, very honest, and extremely knowledgable. Chris has been in the manufactured home industry for over two decades. Just an all-round great human being. :)

Interesting comment thread here and on several other King's Homes videos. Folks, what most people call a "used" mobile home, is actually a bank "repo". The bank had to take back the home and the former residents MOST OFTEN trash the place up! HERE'S THE THING, as long as South Carolina believes the home is structurally sound, it can be sold. Sometimes, the bank will remodel it, other times it's "as is" -- period. It's important to video the damaged homes right away. It could take weeks before it gets cleaned up and/or remodeled (if at all). AS SOON AS peeps know we have a repo at the store, the phone rings off the hook!!! Folks don't care if it's still nasty, they demand to see it anyway. Not kidding. So, while it seems offensive, it's actually very practical for all parties involved to get it "out there". The faster it can be sold, the better. The bank is already at a loss. No time to waste. PS - the bank also sets the price, King's Homes has nothing to do with that at all. Just a little FYI.
