Hey jennifer, I finally found that video and our interview, thanks for doing that, its a trip to look back on. I'm back in washington now, but will be returning to hana in the fall! Hope you are well.

Hi Roy, my friends who own this farm do not sell any produce; they simply offer their food and lodging in exchange for volunteers who are willing to work on the farm. I'm sure they could make money if they decided to sell produce, but enough to feed a family and own a house in Hawaii, I don't know! I'm sure anything is possible if determined to achieve your goal!

Can you make a living by just selling your produce?

I love you for who you are too! I wasn't judging you. : ) I'm glad it's just nuts and not animals you're eating! Two months in Hawaii...I'm jealous! Take care and post more vids!

Hi Jonathan, thanks for noticing! I've been eating lots of macadamia and cashew nuts during my 2 months in Hawaii, and it shows! Luckily I love myself for who I am with added fat in the diet or not...I hope you give yourself space to love yourself too! It's always a good lesson on raw foods to get the fat content in check, and this journey continues to teach me every day!

You look a lot different since your few videos. Did you change your diet?
