Troy keep doing what you're doing. The misinformation about vegan being healthy is unfortunately at an all time high, and those of us who already went vegetarian/vegan ( I was a 10plus year veg) decades ago paid our price in health and have come full circle back to eating humanely raised, grass fed (NO GMO) meats, and do so with a lot of valuable experience behind us. These people will have to go through their own journey of becoming sick and depressed by eating a vegan ( and usually process food filled) diet before they understand the full implications of it all. Just like we did. Good job getting the word out though. Probably what makes people cringe at this vid particularly so, is seeing such a whole piece of cow there. Sadly, even people who do eat meat, want to stay very disconnected from the process. They want to see it nice and tidy and small and packed in shrink wrap and styrofoam and not at all resembling what it once was...a living breathing cow. I come from another place, one that feels we need to know FULL WELL what we are doing, and eating...and show great reverence for the cow's gift of life to us.

If your so into your health stop eating meat. Also grass fed is the most selfish thing you can do. Sure it's a step better then gmo corn fed animals but the amount of water, and land needed to produce it is far more painful to the planet.
